FREE STRONG NATION CLASS

We welcome you to give the TSF STRONG Nation Fitness Class a try. This one hour workout is set to music and will challenge you with cardio, strength, and plyo bodyweight moves. STRONG Nation is by Zumba; however, unlike traditional Zumba classes, there is no dancing. Each move follows the tempo of the music and will motivate you to keep pushing!
This free class will include an energizing one hour workout. After class, you will be treated to coffee and a light breakfast to help you refuel those energy stores! Be sure to bring a mat, a bottle of water, and a towel. It gets sweaty!
