Colleen Prudhomme CPT, BCS, UESCA Certified Running Coach, Certified Speed & Agility Coach brings her experience as a speaker, business owner, executive director of a nonprofit counseling clinic, and fitness professional to Total Strength Fitness. She is motivated by goals, excited by challenges and driven by the desire to meet the need. She dares to reach beyond the “unreachable.” Colleen holds firm and fast to the truth that “Those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like an eagle. They shall run and not be weary. They shall walk and not faint” (Isaiah 40:31).
Colleen is jazzed about fitness activities of all kinds. She has completed nine marathons, including the Boston Marathon, she’s completed 50k trail races, and she is an Ironman! In addition to this, she is the strength coach for her local middle school and high school track teams.
Colleen thrives on encouraging and inspiring others. She gets a kick out of teaching new ways to have fun with fitness, because she believes fitness is meant for a life time. She believes that everyone is on this earth for a purpose. It is her desire that each of her clients gains the strength, stamina and confidence to live that purpose with passion.
